The General Assembly will start at 15.00 on the afternoon of Thursday 23 May with the usual formal proceedings in which full members of the association are entitled to vote. In the evening a cocktail reception will be followed by an al fresco (weather permitting) gala dinner. The evening will conclude with the graduation ceremony of Course 13 of the ECG Academy when successful students will be awarded their Certificate in Automobile Logistics Management.
On Friday morning the Spring Congress will include a variety of interesting presentations, including one on the automotive market outlook from LMC Automotive. A detailed agenda will be published here in due course. The event will conclude with a lunch and a press conference for representatives of the press and media.
On Friday evening and Saturday morning an optional social programme is on offer for those who wish to stay longer.
On Friday 24 May a dinner will be organised in Bagni Sant’Anna restaurant in the beautiful Marina Grande of Sorrento.
On Saturday 25 May delegates can join a guided walking tour of Herculaneum (Ercolano), the ruins of an ancient Roman town, destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. Similar to Pompeii but smaller and less crowded this is a trip not to be missed.
