See below what you need to know.

ECG Conference 2021

In addition to our long-planned discussions about sustainability and decarbonisation we will focus as well on the rapidly developing crisis caused by semi-conductor supply shortages that is threatening every part of the sector. You may find our final agenda here.

COVID Update:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Make sure you have your COVID certificate with you!
Venue
As you would expect ECG is doing its best to organise a COVID-safe event based on the latest measures applicable here in Belgium and in the Brussels region specifically.

According to the latest guidance from the Belgian Government as of 1st October all attendees have to show their COVID certificate in order to attend the ECG Conference and our Social Programme following. (A COVID certificate proves you are fully vaccinated, have antibodies after recovery from COVID or had a recent test). We will have to scan your QR code each day and, in the case of an invalid COVID certificate, you will not be allowed to enter.

The good news is that once you are inside the event you don't need to wear a mask!

The Tangla Hotel, where the ECG Conference 2021 will take place, is equipped with a highly effective ventilation system that guarantees a “clean” atmosphere with constant fresh airflow. All areas are being constantly cleaned and sanitised. You may read more about Tangla’s COVID-19 measures here

Travel
For planning your travel the ECG Secretariat advises participants to consult the official website including all relevant information. A vaccination, recovery or test certificate is normally required to enter Belgium along with the PLF form that most travellers have to complete in the 48 hours prior to their arrival. Participants that travel to Belgium may find here the rules that apply to their country. Countries whose vaccination passports/certificates are accepted in Belgium are EU and Schengen countries plus England and Wales.

We hope this gives you all the information you need but do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any further questions.

The whole ECG team is looking forward to seeing you in a few days here in Brussels.
