Every year ECG organises a Dinner Debate in the European Parliament to enable our members, politicians and interested parties to come together and discuss views on topics of current interest or concern to our sector while dining within the European Parliament here in Brussels. Normally held during the month of March, these events are hosted on behalf of ECG by a Member of the European Parliament (MEP).

ECG Dinner Debate 2018

ECG had the pleasure of holding its annual Dinner Debate on 20 March 2018, kindly hosted by MEP Wim van de Camp in the European Parliament. The event, entitled “Our Multimodal industry and the Mobility Package – what do we need?” was an ideal opportunity to learn more about this series of EU road transport related initiatives and to hear from four drivers present in the room on how their lives are impacted by these changes.
